Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist & Case Management – Boise/Nampa
All Seasons Mental Health has an immediate need for a Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS)/Case Manager – The position is flexible and will start out part-time but may be able to work to full-time status.
A CBRS/Case Manager assists in the empowerment, growth, and development of patients/clients who are recovering from a severe and persistent mental illness. Through education and support, a CBRS/Case Manager can aid clients as they strive to achieve their personalized goals, in areas such as: basic living skills, financial stability, socialization in the community, coping with mental & physical disabilities, etc. A CBRS/Case Manager works to promote recovery, integrate the client into their community and provide services aimed at helping the member improve their quality of life. This often includes connecting clients to their communities, linking them to various supports and advocating on their behalf.
To thrive in this role, a candidate must possess: good time management and organizational skills; computer literacy; confidence in meeting deadlines; knowledge of ethics; and the ability to work and make decisions independently.
Requirements for his role include:
– A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education or other related fields.
– Ability to successfully pass a background check
– A valid Driver’s License
– Reliable transportation

Pay Range: $16 – $18 per billable hour
