Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) / Case Management – Boise/Nampa
All Seasons Mental Health has an immediate need for a Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS)/Case Manager.
This position can take place in Boise or Nampa (or both) and be either full-time or part-time depending upon the candidates preferences.
A CBRS/Case Manager assists in the empowerment, growth, and development of patients/clients who are recovering from a severe and persistent mental illness. Through education and support, a CBRS/Case Manager can aid clients as they strive to achieve their personalized goals, in areas such as: basic living skills, medication management, finances, socialization in the community, coping with their mental & physical disabilities, etc. a CBRS/Case Manager works to promote recovery; to integrate the client with his/her/their community, and provide services aimed at helping the member improve his/her/their quality of life. This often includes connecting clients to their communities by linking them to various supports and advocating on their behalf.

Requirements for his role include:
– A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education or other related fields
– A valid Driver’s License

Pay Range: $18 – $21 per billable hour / DOE
