Medina Blanchet

Medina Blanchet, Registered Dietitian

Medina received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, which is one of the top natural health universities in the nation. She completed her dietetic internship at Utah State University. Her nutrition training and experience includes the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (native to India), Traditional Chinese Medicine and functional medicine as well as the modern evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.

Her main area of expertise is digestive health, including food intolerances, GERD, IBS, inflammatory bowel diseases, gall bladder problems, chronic pancreatitis, and candida (micro biome imbalance). She also is knowledgeable about hormone imbalance, insulin resistance, heart health, eating disorders, weight management, surgery preparation and recovery, and optimal health.

Of course, the goal with all patients is to help them reach their optimal health for whatever stage of life they are in. Every patient is unique and requires a care plan to meet their individual needs; registered dietitians do not use “cookie cutter” approaches to health care! Medina coordinates care with her patients’ doctors & counselors to optimize treatment outcomes.

Brianna Cracolice

Brianna Cracolice, FNP 

Brianna Cracolice is a family nurse practitioner who is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her interests include family medicine and integrative approaches to preventative health. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho and her master’s degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners of Idaho.

Doug has many years of experience working with families to improve their health choices. Doug is interested in assisting individuals establish lifestyles that promote health on all levels; physically, developmentally and behaviorally. Doug enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family when he is not working. Doug feels that his coworkers, and being able to offer options to help patients make the decisions to maintain their health and lifestyle, are the best things about his job.


Katelyn Perry

Katelyn Perry, LPC

Katelyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in Idaho as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors. She received her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and Human Services from the University of Idaho and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Clothing, Textiles, and Design from the University of Idaho. 

Katelyn is also a member of the American Counseling Association, Idaho Counseling Association, and National Rehabilitation Association. She joined the All Seasons Family Care Clinic team as a Behavioral Health Consultant.

Jynnah Snow, FNP

Jynnah Snow is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jynnah is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions across the entire lifespan. Jynnah takes a complete approach to patient care focusing on both the mental and physiological aspects of health care. Jynnah believes in forging trusting relationships with each patient in an effort to fully understand their health needs and goals. She believes in taking a collaborative approach with each individual to develop a plan to achieve their best state of health. 

Jynnah grew up in the Boise area. She is married, with three children. Jynnah enjoys spending time with her family, painting and spending time outdoors.
