Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

As a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist at All Seasons Mental health and Family Care Clinic, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation for the patient billing process. You will work with our medical and clinical staff to ensure the services performed are accurately documented and the appropriate code representing those services are used. The ideal candidate is one with the ability to work independently, has good time management skills, strong organization skills as well as detail orientation. The primary focus is to obtain maximum and appropriate reimbursement for services.

Based out of our Boise office location, this position offers paid time off and a flexible schedule within business hours. This position is planned to begin as a part-time position (approximately 20 – 25 hours per week) and may possibly transition to full-time (approximately 32 – 40 hours per week) over time based on factors such as employee performance, willingness to take on new tasks, etc. Once/if transitioned to full-time, other benefits such as Heath Insurance become available to the employee after a 90-day waiting period.

Pay: $14 – $18 an hour

General Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Relevant experience or certifications
