Community Based Programs Supervisor

All Seasons Mental Health, a HRSA approved work place, is seeking a Supervisor/Team Lead for community based programs.

If you are seeking a position that showcases your leadership skills, All Seasons has an opportunity supervising our Behavior Health Programs that include: Case Management, Peer Support and Community Based Rehabilitative Services.

This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: programmatic integrity, hiring staff to help meet client base growth, developing and providing trainings to support oversight of satisfactory performance and provision of behavioral health services in the community.

This is a salaried position, that include Health Insurance, PTO, 401K, and additional incentives related to program performance. Student loan repayment assistance for qualified candidates is available.

Minimum Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience of direct behavioral health programming experience
  • Current CBRS/PEER Support Certification
  • administrative experience in planning, managing and monitoring behavioral health services
  • EHR, data managing, record compliance
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience in eligibility, and audit requirements for Idaho Behavioral Health participants
  • Ability to participate in and lead MDT teams providing direct care
  • Experience in quality assurance activities, including record acuity, monitoring program reporting and documentation.
  • Must be able to give written and verbal directions, to maintain team cohesion and excellent care delivery
  • Proficient in motivational interviewing and skills to support staff and customers, fostering support and collaboration with staff

Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Scheduling oversight, time sheet reconciliation
  • Ability to provide telephonic support to staff members as they work in the field/community
  • Oversight and assignment of caseloads and other related needs
  • Promote collaboration and team work within multidisciplinary workforce
  • Demonstrate and promote adherence to policy and procedure, providing a collaborative work environment to ensure quality of care
  • Hiring and training new team members

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,500.00 – $68,000.00 per year
