Peer Support Specialist – Boise/Nampa

All Seasons Mental Health has an immediate need for a Peer Support and/or a Family Support Specialist – The position is flexible and will start out part time but may be able to work to full time status.

Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) are people with lived experience of recovery from a mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder who receive specialized training and supervision to guide and support others who are experiencing similar mental health or co-occurring disorders towards increased wellness.

To thrive in this role, a candidate must possess good time management skills and the ability to work and make ethical decisions independently.

Requirements for this role include:

– Completed the Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or Certified Family Support Specialist (CFSS) training and are currently certified as a Peer Support Specialist in the state of Idaho
– A high school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to successfully pass a background check
– A valid Driver’s License
– Reliable transportation
– Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Range: $15 – $17 per billable hour
