For individuals with a developmental disability, All Seasons has many services available to help individuals meet their own personal goals and achieve greater independence. All Seasons will work with family members, Service Coordinators, and other team members to find the right service and create a customized plan for each individual. The individual directs their treatment team to help create a plan that meets their own personal needs, wants, and desires. We have a variety of services available including Habilitative Supports, Habilitative Intervention, Developmental Therapy, and Supported Living.

Habilitative Supports
For children (ages 3-18), Habilitative Supports is a service that helps improve the development of necessary skills in a community or center based setting. All Seasons takes a therapeutic approach to helping children further develop their ability to perform daily living tasks and interact appropriately with their peers. Staff are trained to use positive reinforcement techniques and encourage each child to work toward goals that are set by the child and their family members.
Intervention and Family Services
Habilitative Intervention is focused on helping a child develop new skills and reduce problematic behaviors either in the home or in the community. Interventionists are trained to use Applied Behavior Analysis to develop a treatment that is individually suited for each child. These services can be combined with Family Education and Training to help parents and family members learn additional skills or simply gain more knowledge about developmental disabilities and treatment techniques that may be helpful in their own family environment.
Supported Living
Supported Living is a residence and community based treatment that provides individuals the opportunity to live in their own home either independently or with roommates. All Seasons provides the support needed to allow each individual to develop skills of everyday living in an environment that is most comfortable to the individual. Support workers may work with an individual for a couple hours per day up to 24-hours per day, depending on the needs of the individual. In the home, staff might work on daily chores, cooking, or cleaning. In the community, staff might assist the individual as they shop, go to appointments, or even participate in social events.
